
2025 MotoGP World Championship: The Ultimate Guide to the Season
The 2025 MotoGP World Championship spans 22 Grand Prix events between February 28 and November 16. Starting this season and continuing from last year fans will experience Sprint Races during every Grand Prix weekend which results in a total of 44 races. Champion Jorge Martin will face his competitors in a record-breaking season while fans experience thrilling races.
When Does the 2025 MotoGP Season Begin?
The 2025 MotoGP season will start for the first time at Thailand’s Chang International Circuit. The Thailand Grand Prix taking place from February 28 to March 2 begins the MotoGP season with promise for an exhilarating year ahead. The first race in Thailand will be followed by events in Argentina from March 14–16 while later in the month the Americas will host races on March 28–30. The Italian Grand Prix scheduled at Mugello’s scenic hills from June 20 to 22 has fans excited.
The championship picks up again at the Austrian GP starting August 17 after summer break and introduces the Balaton Park track for the Hungarian Grand Prix on August 24. Will Jorge Martin successfully retain his championship title or will we see a Bagnaia resurgence—or an underdog emerge victorious?
