Check your phone for an activation code. If you have not received it, please login to your account and go my account section, where you will find an option to resend the code to your cell phone.

You can change your password at any time.

To change your password:

  • Go to the homepage and click login.
  • Select forgot my password.
  • Enter your registered phone number and click send
  • We will send you a 5-digit unique code which you will use to set a new password.

Please contact us if you’ve made a deposit and it hasn’t appeared on your account balance. Send us a screenshot of the confirmation message received from your Mobile Money operator with the transaction ID or from the receipt you got at our shop. [email protected]

Your account ID might be needed to complete some operations.

To find your Account ID:

  • Once you are login, go to your account page
  • And on top of the page, you will find your User ID

If you have forgotten your password, follow these fast and secure steps:

  • Click on Login button & click on Forgot your password for the mobile version of the site or click on Forgot your Password next to the Login button on the desktop site.
  • Enter the phone number you registered with & click on Send.
  • You will receive a unique code.
  • Enter the 5-digit code that was sent to your Mobile and reset your password.
