Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund face off on Tuesday, March 7, for the second leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League. The Portuguese are one-step away from the quarterfinals thanks to the 2-0 first-leg success signed in the second half by Joao Mario and Neres. With an advantage that went hand in hand with a match in which the visitors dominated, Bruges can only hope for a real feat; they need a three-goal lead at the end of the match to go through, thus overturning all the odds.

The second leg of the eighth-final of the Champions League between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain is being played at the Allianz Arena in Munich. The Bavarians, coached by Julian Nagelsmann, start with the advantage of a goal scored in the match in Paris by the former Kingsley Coman and arrive at this match after also winning the championship against Stuttgart, 1-2. The Portuguese are out of the fight for the title and the Champions League in the league and are betting everything on the continental competition, where they overcame the play-off round by eliminating Midtjylland (1-1 and 4-0), to straighten out the season. Arsenal, on the other hand, are first in the Premier League but have a long squad capable of traveling at full capacity on both fronts, as demonstrated by the group stage of this Europa League, where they progressed from first place by winning five of six matches.
Sporting Lisbon will go into the match without the suspended Ugarte and the injured Braganca.
