Bonus Policy

We may offer various bonuses, incentives, and special campaigns from time to time (including but not limited to Free Spins, Free Bets, and deposit bonuses). When offered, all such incentives are strictly subject to this General Bonus Policy, our primary User Agreement, and any specific terms and conditions accompanying the promotion (“Promotion Terms”).

Part 1 — General Bonus Policy

The following sections apply to all bonuses across all products unless explicitly stated otherwise within the Promotion Terms.

1. Document Hierarchy

In the event of any direct conflict or inconsistency between policy documents, the following strict order of priority shall apply:

• The User Agreement
• This Bonus Policy
• Promotion-Specific Terms

Before participating in any promotion, you are strongly advised to review its specific rules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Participation Rules

Player eligibility for any campaign is subject to the following conditions.

Bonuses are limited to a single individual customer, using a single unique device, at a single IP address, and via the same internet browser.

• To qualify for a promotion, you may be required to verify your details, including identity, age, and address.
• Qualification may be subject to a minimum deposit threshold, specific payment method, localised jurisdictional boundaries, and/or specific currencies.
• We may limit the number of times an individual player may participate in a campaign. The promotion will close for that player automatically once their personal cap is reached within the defined timeframe.
• We may limit the total number of times all players may collectively participate in a campaign. The campaign will close automatically once the global cap is reached.
• We may, at our sole discretion, exclude any customer from receiving selected promotions, or restrict access to offers entirely.
• Where your account has been closed, any unclaimed promotions, bonuses, or other benefits shall be automatically forfeited.

3. Bonus Balance

To ensure a clear separation of funds, your account is divided into two distinct balance types: a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance. Both are defined below.

• Real Money Balance: Your Real Money Balance consists of: (i) funds you have deposited; (ii) winnings generated from wagering real funds (including winnings from Free Bets); and (iii) bonus funds that have been successfully converted following full completion of applicable wagering requirements. Your Real Money Balance is freely available — it can be used across any product and withdrawn at any time without restriction.
• Bonus Balance: Your Bonus Balance consists of any bonus funds credited to your account that have not yet met the applicable requirements, together with any winnings generated from wagering those bonus funds. Bonus Balance funds are restricted — they cannot be withdrawn, transferred, substituted, or exchanged, and are only converted to your Real Money Balance once all requirements have been fully satisfied. The specific form your Bonus Balance takes (Casino Bonus Funds or Sports Free Bets) depends on the product and is defined in Parts 2 and 3 respectively.
• Product Restriction: Bonus funds are product-specific and may only be used on the product for which they were issued. Casino Bonus Funds may not be used to place Sports wagers, and Sports bonus funds (Free Bets) may not be used to play Casino games. Any attempt to use bonus funds outside their designated product will be void.Your Bonus Balance breakdown is available within “My Account area”

4. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money. The specific form of wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be defined in the Promotion Terms and may include:

• A multiple of the Bonus Amount;
• A multiple of the Real Money Deposit;
• A multiple of both Real Money Deposit and Bonus Amount;
• A mandatory number of game rounds if specified in the Promotion Terms (Casino);
• A minimum number of selections, minimum odds per selection, or minimum total odds (Sports);
• A count of rollovers if specified in the Promotion Terms.

Product-specific wagering rules — including game contribution rates for Casino and selection requirements for Sports — are set out in Parts 2 and 3 respectively

5. Bonus Limitations & Forfeiture

The following limitations and forfeiture rules apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Win Cap

• The maximum amount of winnings generated from a bonus that can be converted to your Real Money Balance may be capped, if specified in the Promotion Terms.

5.2 Validity & Automatic Forfeiture

• Both bonus funds and any unconverted winnings will be automatically forfeited if wagering requirements are not fully met within the designated validity window.
• Additional events that may result in bonus removal or forfeiture will be specified in the Promotion Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Impact

Deposit-based bonuses are linked to a qualifying deposit made by the player, and withdrawal activity may affect the bonus accordingly.

You may withdraw your Real Money funds at any time. However, where a deposit-based bonus is active and wagering requirements have not yet been fully completed, initiating a withdrawal will, unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms, result in the immediate and permanent forfeiture of the associated Bonus Balance, including any unconverted winnings generated from those bonus funds.

6. Big Win Review

All winnings classified as “big wins” may be reviewed and approved by our team before being credited to your account or becoming withdrawable.

7. Integrity, Faults & Malpractice Safeguards

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to system exploitation and unfair play:

• We reserve the right to void any bonus or individual bet where there was an obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (whether caused by a machine or human error), particularly where the player could have had an unfair indication of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
• We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings at our sole discretion where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• The examples of irregular play outlined below, in this policy are indicative and not exhaustive. We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine that fraud or abuse has occurred in relation to any other betting patterns or behaviours identified — whether or not they are explicitly listed herein.
• All decisions made under this section are final and at the sole discretion of the company.
• We may, at our sole discretion, exclude any customer from receiving selected promotions or restrict access to any offers entirely, or close the account.

Part 2 — Casino Bonus Rules

The following rules apply specifically to casino bonuses and supplement the General Bonus Policy in Part 1.

1. Casino Bonus Balance

In addition to the Real Money Balance described in Part 1, casino players maintain a Casino Bonus Balance: the total value of casino-allocated bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements, together with any winnings generated from wagering those funds.

When placing a casino wager, the system draws from balances in the following order:

• First: Real Money Balance (always used first).
• Then: Casino Bonus Balance (only once Real Money Funds have been exhausted).

Unless the Promotion Terms state otherwise, wagers placed using Real Money (if available) and subsequently Bonus Funds both count toward active wagering requirements once a bonus is activated.

2. Casino Bonus Types

The mechanism for unlocking a casino bonus depends on its type

• Instant Bonus (pre-Wager): Bonus funds are credited immediately to your Casino Bonus Balance. Wagering requirements may be fulfilled using Bonus Funds or Real Money, as specified in the Promotion Terms.
• Pending Bonus (After-Wager): Bonus funds remain locked until a specific wagering target is met. Once the target is met, the bonus is released to your Casino Bonus Balance.

3. Casino Wagering Requirements

Casino wagering requirements may apply to the bonus amount, the Real Money amount, or a mandatory number of game rounds.

3.1 Bonus Game & Contribution Matrix

• Each game type contributes toward wagering requirements at a different percentage rate.
• A full directory of games eligible for bonus wagering, along with their respective contribution rates, is available in our [Bonus Game & Contribution Directory].
• The matrix provides a baseline framework for all promotions. Where an individual promotion specifies different contribution rates or game eligibility, those terms will take precedence over this matrix.
• We reserve the right to amend the games list and associated contribution rates at any time without prior notice. It is the player’s sole responsibility to review the list periodically to stay informed of any changes.
• Note- Jackpot games are excluded from bonus play entirely and may not be wagered using Bonus Balance funds.

4. Irregular Casino Betting Patterns

• Placing equal, opposing, or offsetting bets that together cover all or substantially all possible outcomes of a game or round (for example, betting on both sides of an even-money market, or covering the large majority of the numbers on a roulette table); 
• Zero-margin, low-margin, or other minimal-risk betting, including hedging across accounts, games, or sessions, where the combined effect is little or no real exposure to loss; 

• consistently staking only the minimum permitted, or otherwise structuring play, with the apparent purpose of meeting a Wagering Requirement rather than playing the game on its normal terms; 

• delaying or holding game rounds, free spins, or bonus features until after a Wagering Requirement has been met, or depositing while such features remain unplayed, so as to play them free of any requirement. 

5. Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time. Cancellation is irreversible and will result in the removal of all bonus funds associated with that bonus.

Part 3 — Sports Bonus Rules

The following rules apply specifically to sports bonuses and supplement the General Bonus Policy in Part 1.

1. Sports Bonus Balance

Sports bonus players maintain Sports Free Bet Bonus Balance: the total value of Free Bets credited through sports promotions. Their wagering requirements and usage rules are set out in Sections 2 and 3 below.

2. Free Bets

• Allocation: Free Bets are credited directly to your Sports Bonus Balance.
• Expiry: A Free Bet is valid for a specified period reflected

3. Sports Wagering Requirements

Free Bets may carry minimum participation conditions as specified in the Promotion Terms, including:

Minimum number of selections;

• Minimum odds per selection;
• Minimum total odds across all selections;
• Minimum stake amount.

4. Free Bet Mechanics

The following rules govern how Free Bets operate:

4.1 Placement Rules

• Single Placement: A Free Bet must be used in full as a single wager, which may consist of single or multiple selections.

4.2 Stake Forfeiture & Returns

• Free Bets are non-refundable. The stake amount is not included in any returns; only net winnings are credited to your Real Money Balance.

Example: A Free Bet of CFA 4 placed at odds of 2.0 produces a total return of CFA 8. Since the CFA 4 stake is the Free Bet, only CFA 4 (net winnings) is credited.

4.3 Payout Limits

• The maximum return is determined per campaign in the Promotion Terms.
• Voiding Rules If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that is subsequently voided, the original Free Bet amount will be returned to your account balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Forfeiture

• Any remaining Free Bet balances will be immediately forfeited upon initiating a withdrawal request.

5. Irregular Sports Betting Patterns

• Placing equal, zero-margin, or hedge bets using a combination of Free Bets and real money on the same event to guarantee a profit is strictly considered irregular play.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and confiscate all winnings where irregular play is identified.
